TD Blackburn Associates was established in 1992 to be the premier performance improvement coaches with our custom designed training. We will Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate a program specifically tailored to your needs using, where appropriate, proven, off-the-shelf, reliable and validated tools as the basis for much our program. We customize all of our offerings to suit the individual needs of our clients.
- Thomas D. Blackburn, Ph.D. has over 30 years of work experience in both large and small organizations. Prior to entering the performance improvement business, he retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving in both enlisted and officer ranks. He has a BSBA from Colorado State University, a Masters in Management from Webster University, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education (Management Training and Development) from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Tom has been employed as an adjunct professor at university and college level institutions, teaching courses in management, computer applications, and education. He has worked as a commission-only retail sales person and as the branch manager and quality assurance manager for a small mid-western company. His experiences include conducting management and education courses and seminars from coast-to-coast.
